Pale lemon in colour with fine and persistent ‘mousse’. Vibrant pear and fresh red apple flavours with a clean and creamy lingering finish. This is a fine and refreshing wine with delicacy, good balance and refreshing depth of flavour. Serve with lightly spiced Asian foods, seafood or enjoy by itself as an aperitif.

Fruit dominant and full flavoured, the palate is clean and long with good fruit sweetness and balance with a clean and crisp finish. The wine is fruit driven with a pleasant yeast development and richness. Full, soft and delicate in a great example of the style.

Nose: - ‘Bread dough’ with honeydew and melon aromas.

The citrus flower fruit flavours are ‘up front’ and the crisp, pleasant body is balanced with a clean and vibrant finish. Serve with lightly spiced aromatic food, Seafood or Asian dishes.

Vibrant Plum red colour. Blackberry and mulberry fruits and a light vanilla note. Rich and intense blackberry flavours with fine grained tannin structure and persistent flavoured finish. A medium-full bodied wine that will age well and develop more richness and a velvety finish with time.
Serve with rich Mediterranean dishes, steak and with dishes with rich tomato based sauces.
Ageing: - Enjoy as a young wine but has the potential to age to a richer wine with four to five years in the bottle. A crust may develop.

Deep garnet red colour with black cherry and dark plum fruit aromas with light pepper and aniseed characters. Very rich, full and generous plum and flavours that persist throughout with a soft and rounded ‘velvet’ tannin structure. Clean and long finish on a soft, full bodied and generously flavoured wine that will age well. Serve with lamb or rich Mediterranean meat or tomato dishes.
Ageing: - Can be enjoyed as a fresh young wine but has the potential to age to a richer wine with five to seven years in the bottle.
