Tasting Notes: A complex wine with all the flavour elements you expect with good chardonnay- fruit, yeast & oak. It is full bodied with good flavour intensity displaying peach, lemon butter and grapefruit flavours with slight quince and biscuity notes. The wine combines crisp acidity with a palate that is creamy and long with subtle oak and a long citrusy finish.

2010 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: This 2010 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc displays the punchy grassy characters expected of the style and region with riper gooseberry, lime juice, fig and tropical flavours. The palate is big and flavoursome with an attractive minerality and a soft acid finish.

Tasting Notes: The palate is rich and round with intense tropical fruit and a long zesty finish.

2008 Preservative Free White
Tasting Notes: Buttery cashew characters combine with figgy fruit flavours and a creamy palate to yield a wine of considerable difference. The wine is full flavoured and the finish exhibits some yeast and sweet lemon butter with crisp acidity.

Tasting Notes: An intense wine that displays fruit salad and tropical flavours with obvious sweetness. It is lively and fresh with crisp acidity and an attractive spritz that balances the sweetness and provides a long zesty finish. A great refreshing summertime drink.

2009 Fuchsia Rose
Tasting Notes: A quite delicious balance between berry flavours, soft acidity, some sweetness and the inevitable slight astringency that is to be expected from red grape varieties. The entirely natural effervescence cleanses the palate and lifts the aromas.

2005 Cabernet Merlot
Tasting Notes: Medium to full bodied wine with red berry fruit, chocolate, black olive and cassis. The palate displays a classic cabernet structure with tight grainy drying tannins, while the merlot adds to the length of flavour and persistence of tannin.

2007 Preservative Free Red
Tasting Notes: Young and fresh with intense berry fruit flavours and savoury confectionary notes. The oak is apparent but the fruit easily matches it.

Tasting Notes: Medium to full bodied with good acidity and a tight acid structure. The palate is fleshy with raspberry, confectionary, cherry and spice flavours, with fine tannin and persistent flavour.
