Tasting Notes:
Light gold in colour, increasingly rich and golden as it ages. Classic chardonnay characters of peach and melon are supported by subtle oak notes with a flinty edge penetrating the richer aromas. Rich and full with a pleasing amount of fruit sweetness offset by a steely, refreshing acidity.

Brilliant yellow with aromas of white peach, fresh grapes, lemon, muscat, vanilla and a touch of smokiness from the barrel fermentation. Full and rounded but retaining freshness and elegance. An elegant finish with a slight hint of spice and a cleansing lick from the natural acidity.

Chocolate, liquorice, spice, pepper, apricot and slight menthol. Complex and subtle; the ripe berry fruit flavours marry well with spice and vanilla from oak.

Ruby red, typical of Grenache. Initial aromas of white pepper and thyme are supported by enticing notes of raspberry confection. These blend with aromas of slightly stewed red fruits resulting from the carbonic maceration. Soft and delicate on the front palate with very supple tannins. Full flavoured but elegant with a nice long aftertaste.

Cherry-red,  with an inviting blend of vanillin oak notes supported by subtle red fruit and hints of leather. Medium-weight but full of flavour and texture. A beautifully balanced spread of spice and grip across the palate leading into a classically dry, lingering finish.

Plum-red with a complex and inviting blend of toasty oak and licorice notes with alluring aromas of sweet red fruits hovering in the background.

Medium-bodied, rich and spicy. Juicy fruit sweetness is offset by the spicy notes and balanced acidity. Strong but not overwhelming tannins lead into a long, lingering finish.

Deep Purple. Toasty oak supported by aromas of leather, blackberry, dried herbs and spices. Rich and layered. Dense and dry but full of fleshy dark fruit flavours. Powerful tannic grip with the natural acidity helping to retain elegance through the long finish.
