By placing an order via the Z4 Wines Online Shop, you are agreeing to comply with the Conditions of Sale.
Ordering & Payment
- Each purchaser must be over 18 years of age at the time of purchase. Proof of age must be provided by appropriate identification on delivery.
- All amounts shown or charged are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- Payment is accepted via PayPal. (If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you may choose to set up a PayPal account on checkout, and link it to your nominated credit card or bank account. You may also set up a PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com.au/au
- You will receive an email to the address you provide confirming the details of your order and payment
- If, for any reason, Z4 Wines cannot supply the goods you have ordered, we will contact you (using the contact details you supply with your order) to offer an alternate selection that meets your satisfaction.
If an alternate selection cannot be agreed upon, your payment will be refunded in full to your PayPal account. - Please note - we only ship within Australia
- Your supplied email details will be placed on our mailing list. You may remove yourself from the list by unsubscribing at any time. Your personal details will not be shared nor used for a purpose other than wine information, purchasing and offers.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days and we will endeavour to send your purchases as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have not received your wine after 10 working days.
Refunds & Returns
- If your goods do not arrive, or if the wrong wine or amount of wine is sent, of if the goods that arrive are damaged, please retain any damaged goods and contact us within 36 hours. Where the courier has either failed to deliver, or damaged the wine, Z4 Wines will either resend the wine, or refund the purchase amount for the missing or damaged goods.
